Tidewater Loaves started as a single sourdough starter and a countertop oven in a Riverside kitchen. Today we bake small batches every morning — naturally leavened breads, seasonal galettes, and buttery croissants — using local flour and no shortcuts. Stop in early; we bake once a day and we sell out.
